Biology is offered on three ability levels to provide a course for everyone. Biology will interest you if:

• You have unbounded curiosity about all living beings yourself included
• You enjoy learning in the lab
• You like to understand ideas in an organized way

Chemistry

Chemistry is for you if:

• You find laboratory work fascinating
• You like ideas that fit together
• You are seriously thinking of a career in science or in a science-related area

Honors Chemistry is also offered.

Environmental Science

Environmental Science is for you if:

• You enjoy being outdoors in all weather
• You regard living and non-living things as related to human and social well-being
• You are inquisitive and work well in team learning in lab and field studies

Human Anatomy and Physiology

Human anatomy & Physiology is for you if:

• You are preparing for a medical or health career
• You are inquisitive
• You want a challenging course on structure and function
• You like learning in the laboratory

Physics

Physics is for you if:

• You have a strong interest in science
• You think well in mathematical terms
• You are planning a career in one of the sciences
• You are applying to a "tougher" college

AP Physics is for you if:

• You are successful in Honors Math
• You lean strongly toward mathematical topics
• You are ready for a very challenging Senior year
