 Mission and Purpose:
The NDCL Alumni Association was formalized in January 2006. The purpose is to reflect and support the mission of NDCL and to foster one community of faith between alumni, parents, students, and faculty. Additionally, the Alumni Association creates a network for alumni and students to utilize in career planning and mentoring.

Events:
The NDCL Alumni Association sponsors several special events throughout the year. In 2007, the Association sponsored “Lion Pride Night” at a Lake County Captains game in May, and the Homecoming Clambake and Cornhole Tournament in October.

All NDCL alumni are members of the Alumni Association. Meetings are open to all alumni. At every meeting, there is an “open floor” on the agenda for anyone in attendance to speak. The meetings are held in January, March, May, September, and November. Please check this schedule for updates and meeting minutes. |

Monday, May 19, 2008: The next meeting of the NDCL Alumni Association is Monday, May 19th at 7:30 p.m. at Beef O'Brady's (35400 Vine Street, adjacent to Classic Park) in Eastlake . All NDCL alumni are encouraged to attend. Meetings are held every other month and are open to all alumni.
"Meet Coach Morgan" Night, May 29, 2008 at 7pm: Join us at Beef O'Brady's in Eastlake on Thursday, May 29th to meet NDCL Head Football Coach Byron Morgan. Coach Morgan will discuss his vision for the NDCL football program. We will also be putting together rosters and plans for the inaugural alumni football game "under the lights" this summer at Lion Stadium.

Class reps are not elected, but nominated and approved by the Board. Reps serve as long as they are able to
or until intervention by the Board. Class reps serve as a liaison between the Alumni Association and their
respective class through letter writing, e-mail, and telephone communication. Class rep is a good fit for an
alum who wants to be involved but lives outside of Cleveland or cannot attend regular meetings of the Association.
