Lawler Construction, LLC, was awarded the contract to build the new gym. This past week, the first steps were visible as the dirt was turned over by the bulldozer. The building permit has been issued and work is now underway.

The Lawler construction superintendent who was in charge of the cafeteria renovation coordinated the removal of the existing soils. From some of the photos you will notice soil piled 30 feet high as the excavation contractor prepares the area for the new building pad.

Since water seems to penetrate all our land, a new drainage system is being installed to remove the water away from under the new structure. Within the next two weeks, the foundation will be installed.
