Regina Brett to speak at NDCL on May 3
Popular local author and Plain Dealer columnist Regina Brett will share her humor and insights in a talk entitled "Saying 'Yes' to Life Amidst Detours and the Seemingly Impossible" at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School on Thursday, May 3, at 7:00 p.m.  A book signing will follow her presentation.

Brett is the author of “Be the Miracle: 50 Lessons for Making the Impossible Possible” and “God Never Blinks: 50 Lessons for Life’s Little Detours.” Both books are collections of inspirational essays and stories based on her own life experiences. When Brett turned 50, she wrote a column about the 50 most important lessons she has learned. The lessons range from “start saving for retirement with your first paycheck” to “believe in miracles.” It became the most-requested column she had ever written.
