Wednesday evening, January 11, 2017 will be an evening of recognition and celebration for seventy-eight of NDCL’s prospective students and their families. Coming from seventeen different parochial, private, and public elementary schools and residing in twenty-four different cities throughout Northeast Ohio, these distinguished scholars scored in the top 5% of students across the country who took this ninth grade Placement Test.
At Linking Leaders Ceremony, the high scorers will be awarded with prestigious academic scholarships, renewable each year if a 3.5 gpa is maintained. Of the 307 prospective freshmen who took the test, 90% scored in the top half of students in the country. “Without question,” noted NDCL Admissions Director Michael Suso ’03, “NDCL’s future Class of 2021 will bring another remarkably talented group of young leaders to the campus of Lion Country this fall!”
