NDCL Hosts the Blitz

Enjoy running, but want something more exciting than a 5k race? Look no further-the Blitz is coming to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm!

A premier youth obstacle race, the Blitz features a 2 mile course with 10+ obstacles strategically placed on NDCL’s beautiful 75 acre campus. Climbing walls, ladder climbs, rope swings, hurdles and much more that will leave you with a huge smile on your face. The Blitz is specially designed for children ages 7-17 and their parents, and focuses on promoting healthy living, family wellness, and teamwork!

This event promises to be fun for the entire family. Play corn hole, volleyball, kan jam, and gaga ball all while listening to a live DJ and music from 95.5 the Fish before, during, and after the race. A food truck will be on site providing wonderful refreshments, in addition to a vender showcase with local businesses and groups that share the same vision of family wellness.

Rain or shine, no problem; when running the Blitz participants will get muddy and wet but leave happy as they scale, swing, crawl, and hurdle obstacles with their friends and parents.
