Our Team

The "Theme Team"  is instrumental in setting the tone for the evening. Responsibilities include decorations, centerpiece creation, games and evening timeline.

Promotions and Logistics
This team works behind the scenes handling a variety of detail oriented tasks. Included among these are promotion. printing, mailings, program books, and volunteer management.
Volunteers needed 

This weighty area encompasses most of our evening profits.  This team will work together to secure and package all items available for bid and raffle.  Areas include: Class Packages, Live and Silent Auctions, Raffle Items and Mystery Bags.

This important committee is responsible for the bottom-line.  The work independently with members of the Office of Advancement to ensure a profitable evening.
