Mr. Joseph A. Waler proudly announced during Monday evening's Senior Honors Ceremony.
"The scholarships offered to our seniors prove how their hard work, the professional expertise of our teachers and counselors, and the love and expectations of their parents come together to catch the attention—and the scholarship dollars—of colleges and universities nationwide," Mr. Waler said. "This year's class is truly exceptional."
Monday's ceremony recognized dozens of seniors for their scholastic and other accomplishments over the past four years, including seniors
Hailey Oppenlander and
Nora Nelson, who earned the Top Scholar Award for having the highest grade-point averages in the class. Both will attend the University of Notre Dame in the fall.
For exemplifying the mission of NDCL in their lives, seniors Matthew Bartolotta, Nathan Lewandowski, Kathleen Shaughnessy, and Makayla White received the Living the Truth in Love Award.
