170 members of the class of 2028 accepted their role in advancing NDCL's mission and core values during the Freshman Induction Ceremony on Wednesday, 9.18.24. The ceremony was led by seniors Sarah Boehnlein, Joy English, Mia Gaspar, Elaine Hammerhofer, Sienna Koler, Luke Nedved, Daniel Noronha, Christiana Paul, Samantha Stephan, and Sophia Stolarik. In her remarks to the class of 2028, Mrs. Jodie Ricci, NDCL Principal, reminded the community that "God has a plan for each one of you and HIS plan is greater than anything you could ever imagine." Senior Mia Gaspar, President of the NDCL Student Activities Board (SAB), encouraged the class of 2028 to get involved, to support each other in faith, and to uphold our mission and core values. To symbolize their new role in our school community, freshmen received personalized framed replicas of the transform mural in the NDCL lobby as well as insignia pins from Notre Dame School President, Dr. Jacqueline Hoynes, and NDCL Principal, Mrs. Jodie Ricci.
