Language Department celebrates Día de los Muertos
Juniors Chase Mrofchak and Madelyne Morris visit the ofrenda or home altar constructed this week in NDCL's Trela Dining Commons to commemorate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican celebration that coincides with the Roman Catholic feasts of All Saints and All Souls each November. The Day of the Dead encourages the joyful remembrance of those who have died.
