Nine NDCL students from the class of 2025 were recently awarded the Governor’s Merit Scholarship. Each student is in the top 5% of Ohio's Class of 2025 and will receive $5,000 renewable scholarships for the next four years. Governor Mike DeWine, in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Higher Education, created this award in an effort to increase the number of high-achieving high school graduates who remain in Ohio for college. Congratulations to Mia Trusso, Ava Mulchin, Isabella Otero, Sophia Stolarik, Ella Buehner, Grace Gaeta, Sarah Boehnlein, Brady Ruffner and Peter Bates.
