Lions Golf Classic sets new fundraising record
A sold-out Lions Golf Classic on August 29 raised a record-breaking $35,000 for Notre Dame Schools.
Special thanks to Mentor Nissan, this year's title sponsor, as well as to all of the alumni, parents, and friends who contributed to our success.
When all scorecards were tallied, the foursome of Mike Wheeler, Rick Nahra, Matthew Moskalski, and Dan Musa emerged as the outing's champs.
This year we began a new tradition by awarding the “blue jacket” to a longtime event participant. The inaugural recipient was Terry Feller, who has golfed at least 16 years of the event’s 21-year history, including his years as the co-chair. Terry and Debbie Feller’s three daughters (Meghan, Molly, and Maureen) all graduated from NDCL, and their granddaughter attends NDES.
