Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin wins Plain Dealer Top Workplaces 2023 Award
For the fifth consecutive year, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School has been named a winner of the Top Workplaces Award by The Plain Dealer.
Earning the Top Workplaces 2023 honor is a prestigious distinction with only 214 employers in the Plain Dealer's broad distribution region making this year's list, which appeared in the newspaper's June 25 edition.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
